It has been quiet here on the blog most of this month, not because nothing has been going on but because a lot has happened. Many of you who read this met me at the Farmer's Market in Las Cruces. The market has undergone some changes over the past few months and I felt it was time to leave. Of course with a decision like that a person has to have a backup plan - where to sell all this yarn???? I tried online with etsy and have had moderate success, but after a lot of discussion and heartfelt searching I have decided to open a storefront. Our new shop will be located at 207 Avenida de Mesilla, which is between Main and Valley. The location is in an old historic adobe bldg that housed a quilt shop before us. The name will still be Quillin Fiber Arts, because the business hasn't changed, just grown a bit. The grand opening will be June 1st from 10-4. More news on this front as it happens.

In the meantime there is a lot of preparation going on..........
